( whether or not this man and obi-wan are friends, xingchen is doing his best to provide information, not opinion. and so he does indeed return to the previous questions, which prove quite a bit simpler. )
For a sword, Tsukikage can be contacted privately just as I have contacted you. His private channel is (pretend xingchen gave the numbers, i'm linking his inbox instead )
And yes, Mana is that very same witch. She can do far more than summon items. A companion of mine received a perfect duplicate of his familial home at a location of his choosing, and others are known to have had their monstrous forms altered by Mana to be more suited to their liking.
Yes, the Fog God is she who brought us here, and in turn, she who inflicts a monstrous state upon each of us at the start of our second month within this realm. Her followers are not inherently hostile, but they are quite thoroughly indoctrinated by the belief that we have all been bestowed a gift for which we should graciously thank her in worship. This, understandably, sits quite poorly with those who aren't especially fond of said gift or its involuntary nature.
Regarding safe residence, I myself reside in the forest between Bavan and Lake Minska to the south. By my understanding, Vandare (to Bavan's southwest) is closer in size to Bavan than the smaller towns elsewhere on the peninsula, and a segment of it is quite friendly to our kind. If you seek a well-accommodated location to gain your footing in this realm, I think that Vandare is perhaps your best bet.
